By accessing the L Plate Doctor website (“the website”) at www.lplatedoctor.com or through any of its alternative domain names, or by otherwise accessing any content found on this website, you are deemed to have entered into an agreement with Neil Broughton, trading as Anglesey Motorcycle Training, and to have agreed to be bound by the terms set out below. The L Plate Doctor website is owned and operated by Anglesey Motorcycle Training.

Unless otherwise stated, we (“Anglesey Motorcycle Training”) own the intellectual property rights in the website design, content, and any material(s) on the website. Subject to the licence below, all our intellectual property rights are reserved. The intellectual property rights of any written programming language produced for the website is the property of Tarik Kaddoumi trading as UH Media.

Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise – including, without limitation, any loss of profit, contracts, business, goodwill, data, income, revenue or anticipated savings.
However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
(5) Licence Fee, Transactions and Restricted access
Access to certain L Plate Doctor content sections are subject to a fee. All payments (including any applicable taxes) must be made in advance in Pound Sterling or other currency specified by L Plate Doctor. You accept responsibility for the payment of all charges associated with the use of the website when using your registered details.
If you provide an username or nickname (“user ID”) and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user ID or password.
We may disable your user ID and password at our sole discretion, or if you breach any of the policies or terms governing the use of the website or any other contractual obligation you owe to us.
If your use of the website is terminated by L Plate Doctor, you will be entitled to receive a refund, unless such use is terminated because you are in breach of these Terms. You will continue to be responsible for any fees or other charges incurred by you prior to such termination.
Refunds for Web subscriptions longer than one calendar month are given on a pro-rata basis, up to one year. After fifty percent of the duration of a subscription has elapsed, refunds cannot be given. Refunds are not given for monthly subscriptions. Refunds can only be made to the credit/debit/charge card that was used for the original purchase. All refunds are at the discretion of L Plate Doctor.

For the exclusive benefit of L Plate Doctor, L Plate Doctor shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence or, where these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the country of your principal place of business.
